Week of May 24, 2004- Happy Memorial Day!!

A special good-bye to Coach Owen who will be leaving OBX Swim Club. His last day at practice will be Tuesday, May 25. We will miss him!!!!

Congratulations to senior swimmer, Henry Roach, who ran the Nags Head 5K in 27:00 on May 8. Great job!!

Developmental, Junior Prep, Junior, Junior Elite, Senior- It looks like this is our last week of official winter swimming. It certainly feels like summer is here after this past weekend!! (Last day of practice Thursday, May 27)

Team Records have been updated

We have updated the Team Records for the Short Course Season. We also added the Senior Championship Meet under the USA Swimming Results.

No Swim Practice Thursday or Friday May 6th & 7th

There will be no practice on Thursday May 6th or Friday May 7th.

Y Waves Summer Swim Team Registration

The Outer Banks YMCA is now accepting registrations for the Y Waves Summer Swim Team. The registration form is available here or you can find the form under Team Information on the left menu.

WEEK OF 5/3/04

Thanks to all who made the first annual OBX Swim Club banquet a great success. I think everyone will agree that a great time was had by all. A special thanks to the Statens for allowing the banquet to be held at their new Subway restaurant in Corolla.
