Welcome to Week 7!
Congratulations to all swimmers who competed in the ODAC meet this weekend. We had many personal best times and some really great races. A special congratulations goes to Henry Roach who swam an “A” time in 50 yd breaststroke with a time of 42.45. This qualifies him to swim next weekend in the “A” and above meet hosted by SEVA Swim Club at Fort Eusitis. Andrew Diaz will joining him there to swim 50 free and 100 back. Congratulations, boys!!!!
Registration sheets will be available on the web site and on the bulletin board for the next swim meet Nov 6-7. Our objective is to have as many swimmers there as possible. It will be held in a great facility at Ft. Eustis in Newport News. We want to have as many relays as possible so please sign up now!!!! This meet is open to all BB/B/C swimmers.
Fin orders are now being taken. Check your folders for order sheets. We will begin using fins by November 1. All practice groups have seen pictures of them and are familiar with the type to buy. Please get this fin order in!!!!
Senior- Dryland on Wednesdays and Fridays in Fitness Room B at 4:00PM at the YMCA. Wear appropriate work out clothes and shoes!
I am pleased to announce that most swimmers are coming to practice with a drink, cap,and goggles. This is very important!!!! All the coaches are happy about this.

DEVELOPMENTAL- 3:15-4:15 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday ( 2x a wk)
JUNIOR PREP- 3:15-4-15 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
JUNIOR- 4:15-6:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
JUNIOR ELITE -4:15-6:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday + 1 Senior practice per week
HIGH SCHOOL PREP -6:00-7:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 4:00-5:00 PM-Wednesday
SENIOR- 6:00-8:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 4:00-6:00- Wednesday, Friday

Oct 23-24- Typhoon “A” meet
Oct. 27- Juior and Junior Elite- Parent small group meeting. Meet in lobby at 6:15.
November 3- Senior Parent Meeting at 6:15 PM. (Date change due to monthly board meeting)
November 6-7- BB/B/C meet- Fort Eustis
