Week of November 13 - November 19

• We will be on the regular practice schedule for this week EXCEPT for Wednesday November 15th.  On Wednesday, age group practice will be cancelled, but seniors will have practice from 5PM till 6:45, and it will be our first dry-land practice.  Bring tennis shoes and lots of water.
• Great 13 and over meet this past weekend.  All of our seniors participated.  They are: Angela Crotser, Brittney Gibbs, Arielle Pickrel, Melanie Broadhurst, Drew Keenan, Tyler Daughtry, Hilarey Netsch, Rachel Miller, and Henry Roach.  Spectacular swims include Angela Crotser's 100 Freestyle @ 1:01.83, and Drew Keenan's 200 Freestyle's 1:55.54.  Strong swims from everyone entered in the meet, and i bet there are a couple more team records that came from the meet.  Congrats to all swimmers that went life-time bests, and now we get ready for Annapolis the second weekend of December.
• The WAC B/C/Mini Meet invitation is now posted. It is on Dec 9-10 at Ft. Eustis. 10 and younger swimmers swim mornings. 11 and older swim afternoons. Please check the green list on the bulletin board to verify your sign-up for the December, January & February meets. Event entries will be made based upon the days that you have checked. Nov 20th is the deadline for the WAC meet.
• Thanksgiving practice schedule:  Wednesday practices on regular practice schedule, and then 12 and unders will have a 4 day weekend, starting on Thursday, and the seniors will have practice the day after Thanksgiving, and then again on Sunday.
• Christmas practice schedule will be given out in the next week.
• T-shirt, warm-up, and any other order forms are due by Friday November 17, 2006. Please attach your payment to the order form and drop in the box.
