Wednesday, November 8th Practice canceled

The YMCA pool is closed this afternoon and evening due to high chlorine levels. Practice will resume on Thursday at the regular time. Remember there is no practice on Friday & Sunday due to the 13 & Over Swim Meet. Friday night 8 and Under swimmers are invited to attend Thursday practice at the regular time.

Warmup and Start times for the ODAC Hosted 13-over meet November 10-12 at the Ft Eustis Aquatic Center:
Friday night session: 5:00pm warmup 6:00pm start
Saturday and Sunday morning "A" sessions
8:00am warmup 9:15am start
Saturday and Sunday afternoon BB/B/C sessions
12:00noon warmup 1:15pm start
