Weekly Update June 18 - 24

These are the updates for the week:

-- CONGRATS to the 4 swimmers that participated in the ODAC 1 mile swim on Sunday.  Brittney Gibbs, Arielle Pickrel, Rachel Miller, and Henry Roach.  Henry received 3rd in the 13-14 boys age group and 5th overall in the 13-14 age group.  The girls did great also, as a first time ocean swim.  Great job swimmers!!!

--  Because the swimmers swam so great, there will be NO Monday morning practice.  Relax and sleep in.

-- Regular practice for all groups Monday afternoon through Thursday morning.  After Thursday morning, there will be 1 more practice for the week.  That practice will be on Friday afternoon for 6:15 - 7:00PM with the 8 and unders.

-- Most of the children that are going to high point are leaving Thursday morning or early afternoon.  The people that are leaving early will be getting to high point in time to get in a warm-up swim at night.
