Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of October 1 - 7, 2007

--  We have our annual Swim-a-thon this week on Wednesday.  Kids jump into the water at 5:00PM sharp, so kids are encouraged to be at the pool at 4:15PM.

--  Our team building activity  " PAINTBALL WARS " is this weekend, Sunday October 7, 2007 from 12 noon - 3:00PM in Smithfield VA.  I have given out directions to the field to all kids going.  You need to be at the field 30 minutes prior to playing.

--  The entries for the Seva A/BB/B/C mini meet on October 13 - 14, 2007 have been posted at the YMCA.  Please make sure you look at the entries and be ready to swim FAST !!!!

--  New team BLUE shirts have been handed out to the kids that were at Monday's practice.  Be sure to get to practice to recieve your suits, shirts, and new equipment.
