Weekly Update

These are the updates for the week of November 26 - December 2, 2007:

--  We are on regular practice schedule for the week with 4 changes:

1.  There will be NO practice on Friday due to a high school swim meet.

2.  All seniors will have a Friday morning practice from 5:30 - 6:30AM at the YMCA.

3.  All 8 and unders will be welcome to participate in Thursday's practice from 6:30 - 7:15PM

4.  There will be NO practice for anyone on Saturday due to the WAC B/C mini meet.  There will be written practices for all kids attending the Annapolis meet, that can be done either Sat or Sun.

--  Goal sheets for Annapolis should've been in already.  If you have not turned in a goal sheet, you will not go to the meet.  Personal goal meetings will take place this week. 

--  An itinerary sheet for the Annapolis meet will be handed out as soon as Friday for next week's meet.

--  The WAC B/C mini meet this coming weekend at Ft. Eustis is very BIG.  Warm-up times will be posted as soon as I receive them.  Please stay patient.

Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of November 19 - 25, 2007

**  Everyone is on regular practice schedule for the week with 2 changes:

1.  Everyone will be OFF Wed & Thurs for Thanksgiving.

2.  All kids will be back to regular practice schedule on Friday November 23, 2007 for the remainder of the week.

**  Meet events and fees for the two (2) December meets will either be posted at the YMCA early this week or in the kid's folders.

**  The Holiday ( Christmas ) practice schedule is now posted:

12 & U's

--  OFF: December 24, 25, 26, 28 (bc of HS swim meet), 31, and Jan 1

--  Practice: December 27, 29, 31 & Jan 2, 3, 4

Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of November 12 - 18, 2007:

--  Regular practice schedule for the week with two (2) changes:

1.  Monday's practice will be combined for ALL groups from 1:00 - 2:30PM.

2.  There will be NO practice on Friday November 16, 2007 due to a high school meet.

**  Due to the high school meet canceling Friday's practice; there are two additional changes  **

1.  All 8 & U's will be invited to participate in Thursday's practice from 6:30 - 7:30PM.

2.  All 9 - 10 yr olds are welcome to participate in Saturday morning's practice from 8 - 11AM.

**  If you are not participating in the high school meet; you are encouraged to make it to the high school meet in your BLUE team t-shirt and help with whatever is needed.  The meet starts at 4:00PM.

--  All seniors that swam this past weekend's meet that ODAC hosted swam well.  Congratulations to all swimmers that swam.

--  Holiday practice schedule(s) will be posted as of Wednesday November 14, 2007.

--  Annapolis goal sheets will be given out to all kids participating on Tuesday.  They will be due back to Craig by Wednesday November 21, 2007.

--  Preliminary Annapolis entries and meet fees will be available NO later than Friday November 16, 2007.

Weekly Update

These are the updates for the week of November 5 - 11, 2007

--  All groups are on their regular practice schedule for the week

--  The CGBD meet this past weekend was a success.  All swimmers swam their hardest, and looked good doing it.  All swimmers should be proud.  New team records will be posted at the YMCA on Tuesday afternoon.

--  ATTENTION:  All senior swimmers participating in the ODAC senior meet on Saturday and Sunday; warm-up times and lane assignments will be posted no later than Wednesday evening.  Please keep your eyes peeled.

--  The Annapolis December swim meet is coming up very quickly.  All children participating will need to step up the training to perform at top-notch.  Make sure you are ready to swim.
