Weekly Update

These are the updates for the week of January 21 - 27, 2008:

All groups are on regular practice schedule with 1 change: 9-10 year old swimmers with Age Group Champ cuts are invited to Saturday practice for the remainder of the season.

All 14 & younger swimmers participating in the ODAC Age Group Meet, Feb 2-3 need to sign up by tonight!

Goal Sheets for the upcoming Championship Meets will be handed out this week - due back on Wednesday, January 30th.  All Swimmers: Please sign up for your Championship Meet(s) ASAP!
