Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of April 28 - May 4, 2008

We will be on regular practice schedule for the week with two (2) changes:

1.  There will NO practice Friday due to the Tide meet this weekend.

2.  There will be NO practice Saturday either due to the Tide meet this weekend.

Our 1st Long course meet is this upcoming weekend.  Coach Craig is going to be looking for a few very specific things to be done this next weekend.  The warm-up times will be posted No later than Wednesday April 30, 2008.

Please Advise:

Many kids on the team have still not brought in an old pair of tennis shoes.  Please bring in a pair ASAP so we can get to work on making our legs stronger.

The ECSL Meet in Morehead City, June 20 - 22, 2008, is for all swimmers NOT attending Bolles.  Please be looking out for an e-mail sign-up with sign-up deadline on Wednesday May 28, 2008.  Entries after that date will not be eligible to participate.
