Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of November 10 - 16, 2008

We will be on regular practice schedule for the with 1 change

1.)  There will be NO practice on Saturday November 15, 2008 due to the CGBD meet.

The sign-up sheets for the Carolina Classic meet ( OBX Swim Club December Travel meet ) is posted at the YMCA.  The deadline for that particular meet is this Tuesday, November 12, 2008.  If you are planning on attending this meet, please sign-up before the deadline date.

The CGBD meet this coming weekend is going to be a very long meet.  Please be prepared to be at Midtown for a few hours.  The warm-up schedule will be posted as soon as it is received by the coaching staff.
